MiKiDo is proud to participate in this years18th Annual NBC4 Health and Fitness Expo. Located at the Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C. on January 15, 2011.

This is our first year participating in the Expo and we are excited to get the community active and healthy through our MiKiDo programs and classes. We are going to be at booth M22 so please come by and check out our special offers. We will also be doing a MiKiDo demonstration that will show how you can become part of the MiKiDo family.
